What Can Beat #WCW? Try #WUW

What can be more exciting than #WCW (Woman Crush Wednesdays)

How about the National Museum of African American History & Culture’s (NMAAHC) Walk-up Wednesdays.

If you haven’t heard, let us be the first to let local DMV’ers know the NMAAHC has announced Walk up Wednesdays for the entire month of April.

That’s right the Smithsonian’s NMAAHC, which opened its doors to the general public in September 2016, is still one of the most challenging museum’s of the Smithsonian Institution to get passes to. But for us locals there’s a glimmer of hope if you’ve yet to visit.

You can now with some degree of certainty make plans to walk up without timed entry passes to enter the museum on a first come first served basis on any given Wednesday in April. That’s Wednesday, April 4, 11, 18 and 25 so go ahead, give it a go!

Have you visited the NMAAHC yet?
